Levester “Mike” Jones serves as the Director of Transportation and Logistics at Ontime Logistics Solutions LLC, where he brings decades of experience and leadership to the core of operations.With over 10 years behind the wheel as a professional truck driver, Mike offers a rare and valuable perspective in the freight brokering industry, having experienced the realities of life on the road firsthand. This insight allows him to make informed, practical decisions that support both drivers and clients, ensuring every load is managed with efficiency and respect for the process.Transitioning into logistics and brokerage operations, Mike spent the next 20 years expanding his expertise beyond driving, developing a strong command of dispatching, coordination, and operational strategy. He has also played a key role in mentoring and training new brokers, helping to build knowledgeable and capable teams.In addition to his transportation background, Mike brings a total of 30 years of leadership experience as a Regional Manager in Toyota’s parts division, where he specialized in operations, supply chain management, and team leadership. As the owner of his own brokerage company, he brings a proven track record and deep industry credibility.Known for his reliability, strategic mindset, and real-world expertise, Mike is instrumental in ensuring that every shipment handled by Ontime Logistics Solutions LLC is executed with precision, professionalism, and care.

This dual experience gave her a well-rounded understanding of both life on the road and the coordination, communication, and precision required behind the scenes to keep operations running smoothly. Ontime Logistics Solutions LLC was founded from a desire for independence, purpose, and the opportunity to build something meaningful. What began as a fresh start has grown into a family-driven business, built alongside a trusted leadership team with a shared commitment to reliability, integrity, and service. Beyond logistics, Alice is committed to creating honest employment opportunities and giving back to communities in need, including outreach efforts in the Philippines.
